DELIVERY TERMS
Deadlock Clothing uses DHL's delivery service on most orders. Alternative companies maybe used on other items.
Please note we reserve the right to charge non mainland UK orders. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, please contact us to verify shipping costs before ordering. Products are made to order and delivery standard is usually 10-14 working days from date of purchase or cleared funds. If you need your item/items faster please contact us and we will try our very best to fulfil your requirement. Free postage shall only apply to UK mainland addresses and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Orders up to £100 may be sent by Royal Mail, delivery should be within 10-14 working days however confirmed delivery times will not be available, if items are out of stock and delivery will be delayed, the customer will be notified. Orders over £100 will be sent by DHL. If appropriate orders under £100 may also be sent by DHL.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All returned goods must be sent back, recorded delivery, unused and in the original packaging within seven days of

PRICING
All prices on our website are in Pounds Sterling, and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (currently 17.5%).

Deadlock Clothing reserve the right to change any part of this agreement without notice and your use of the Web site will be deemed as acceptance of this agreement. We advise users to regularly check the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. Deadlock Clothing have complete discretion to modify or remove any part of this site without warning or liability arising from such action.
